[He sat in the cell at the sheriff's office, holding the chipped cup in his hands as he thought long and hard about the situation as it was currently. Regina knew he remembered everything and all is as it was before instead of the childish game they had played in this town. He would have to be a bit more careful now with what he did next.
As far as he knew, Regina still had no idea who Emma was and that was something he hoped would stay unknown to her for a while longer. Things would definitely get worse once Regina knows that and Gold still hasn't gotten Emma to side with him. That will be an ongoing project, of course.
He won't be long in this cell, but until he gains his freedom, he'll just sit on the cot and hold the only thing he has left of Belle, that sad little chipped cup.]

You, on the other hand... It's really too bad I don't have a camera.

The needed part was safely tucked in his tool box as he walked into the room and stopped short when he saw he wasn't alone. Emma had forgotten to mention that the other cell would be occupied. Not that it mattered...it was just odd, especially given who the occupant was.]
Uh...hey there Mr. Gold.

[That and Emma had asked him to bring in some finished paperwork regarding the thefts. Although he isn't exactly trying to hide his presence, James pauses for a moment at the door to watch Gold looking down at the myserious chipped cup.]
